Hair fall is a common problem which women face from time to time. The factors that affect hair loss include aging, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, hereditary, scalp infection, effects of some medications, or even diseases like thyroid disorders, and use of wrong hair care products.

A person with thick hair on their heads gives a good, attractive appearance when we look at them. Nowadays, hair fall is the major difficulty faced by all age groups. This occurs due to changes in lifestyle modifications like smoking, environmental effects, nutrition deficiencies, mental stress, aging, genetic difficulties, hormonal imbalance, strong chemical-based hair products, other scalp infections, other medical therapy-induced hair fall like thyroid disorder, anemic difficulties, and chronic illnesses. Autoimmune diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Many of the hair fall remedy clinics are also available on the market, but natural treatment is far better than those. So, here we are discussing natural remedies for thigh fall.


Hair oil massage


Proper scalp massage helps the hair follicles by increasing blood circulation and strengthening the roots. Massage relieves stress and increases relaxation. So application of these coconuts, olive oil, almond oil, castor oil, AMLA oil onto the scalp and massaging this twice a week gives better results.

Licorice root

This acts as the best remedy for hair loss treatment. This soothes the scalp, gives relaxation and helps in rejuvenating the hair follicles. Apply the mixture of ground licorice root, saffron, and milk onto the bald area at night and wash it off in the morning. Repeating this twice in a week gives better results. Licorice tea is also taken daily for better relief.

Coconut milk or oil


As we know, milk has many proteinaceous benefits, so coconut milk or oil has hair promoting factors quicker than any other oil. Apply this natural milk to the scalp and wash it off later with shampoo. We can also add fenugreek seeds and black pepper to the milk and use it for application. Practicing this twice a week gives better relief.

Beet root juice

As we know, beet root has many health-related benefits for the skin, body, and hair. Beetroot juice is rich in vitamin B, C, calcium, phosphorous, and potassium, so apply the paste of beet root leaves along with the henna to the scalp for 30–40 minutes and wash it off. Practicing this on alternative days gives you the best result. Having the juice of beet root also nourishes the skin and scalp. We can also go for carrot juice, spinach juice mixed with beet root as a great health drink.

Onion juice,

Onion juice is applied to the hair for 15 minutes and washed off with mild shampoo later. The sulfur in it promotes collagen development in the hair and reduces hair fall.

Biotin and iron-rich foods

Food containing biotin and iron is preferably taken for hair growth. Nuts, green leafy vegetables, oats, cashews, dry fruits, figs, and berries promote hair growth.

Garlic mixed with coconut oil

Prepare the solution of coconut oil and garlic and apply this to the scalp and massage it for 30–40 minutes. This rejuvenates the hair growth. Repeating this twice a week helps with hair growth.

Henna

As we know, the natural henna is used as the best conditioner to hair and natural colorant. This henna strengthens the hair follicle from the root. We can use this henna along with the curd and fenugreek paste for thick hair. Boil the mixture of dried Henna powder & mustard oil for a few minutes and drain the oil from it. This is also used for massaging the scalp. Practicing this twice-weekly gives better results.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus flowers or leaves have many benefits as it prevents hair fall apart from graying and nourishing the hair. Dried flowers are mixed with the sesame/ coconut/almond oil and used for massaging the scalp. Later wash the hair with mild shampoo. This gives better hair growth.

AMLA juice

Apply the AMLA powder/ juice with the lime juice in it into the scalp and allowed to dry. Wash it off with warm water promotes hair growth.

Egg white

A paste of egg white mixed with the spoonful of olive oil is applied onto the scalp. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water & mild shampoo. Repeating this twice in a week gives good result.

Fenugreek

It is very effective in treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain contents like proteins and nicotine acid that help in regrowth of hair. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind them into a smooth paste in the morning. Apply this paste on the hair and leave it for an hour before washing it with water.

Aloe Vera

It contains enzymes that enhance hair growth. The properties of Aloe Vera help to increase the pH level of the hair, which is also helpful in hair growth. It reduces the inflammation and redness of the scalp and helps in getting rid of itching on the scalp. Apply fresh aloe Vera juice or gel on the scalp and leave if for two hours before washing it with lukewarm water.

Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that prevents hair loss and promotes healthy hair growth. Flaxseeds can be consumed daily with a glass of water in the morning or added to soups, salads and other dishes. Flaxseed oil can be used to massage the hair and scalp to prevent hair loss and strengthen the hair roots.

Neem or Indian lilac

It has antibacterial properties which help to get rid of dandruff in the scalp. It nourishes the roots and stimulates the flow of blood in the scalp. It is also helpful in getting rid of lice and nits. The remedy of hair loss using need leaves is done by giving the last rinse to the hair after shampooing with water in which dry leaves have been boiled and
